Braided cables are available in bare or tin-plated material. Their flexibility is a key feature since they will move in every direction. The braided cables are often utilized where there is limited space available.

Laminated Shunts are secondary conductors made of thin strip copper. Shunts are available in many sizes and made to customer specifications. They are normally supplied with their ends secured by swaged and riveted copper clips which are ground smooth. However, loose ends, solder dipped ends or welded construction are also available, as well as silver plated contact surfaces. Because of the custom characteristics of laminated shunts, the following information must be specified when ordering

Shunt type (shape letter)
Shunt thickness (less clip)
Shunt lamination thickness each, i.e., .005, .010
Shunt width
Shunt length (outside length)
Hole size
Hole pattern (pattern letter)
End Treatment (clip, solder,etc.)
