   SIMPLE SOLUTION TO DETERIORATED CONCRETE TRENCH DRAINS

FiberTrench is a custom manufactured reinforced fiberglass plastic open-style trench drain liner manufactured for new installations or retro-fit installations. FiberTrench has a smooth internal resin coated surface that increases offers a non-porous barrier that eliminates concrete deterioration and soil contamination.  The smooth radius bottom offers efficient hydraulics and solids removal.

Integral grating ledge is provided with 1-1/2" thick fiberglass grating.  Other grating options are available upon request.

VERSATILE DESIGN

FiberTrench can be manufactured from vinyl ester resin for aggressive chemical and higher temperature applications or standard duty polyester resin fro most applications.  Special resin systems are available upon request.

FiberTrench can be manufactured to suit any drainable system layout with straight or angled tee intersections and various angled turn pieces  Collection sumps can be manufactured to any requirement.

EASY INSTALLATION

No special installation skills are required.  FiberTrench is typically set in standard or fast set concrete grout but epoxy grout is available for rapid turn installations.  FiberTrench is furnished in 10 foot sections and eliminates the need for forms and required for cast-in-place trenches.  Each section is light weight and allows for rapid installation that reduces down time.

Adhesive kits are furnished for joint connection.  Fiberglass overwrap kits are available for critical service applications.
